Born and raised in Bangkok, Capital city of Thailand. Parasak (“Sing”) comes from an entrepreneurial family. Sing had seen his father building many businesses from a small ice cream cart to a big paper mill. This life journey experiences sharpened Sin entrepreneurship and work ethic skills in many years. These skills came in handy after Sing became an investor and co-founder of Pattana Restaurant Group. From Sing himself

Chef Porntipa “PAT” is the executive chef & co-founder of nine operating Thai restaurants in DMV area since 2008. Born and raised in Chumphon, Gulf of Southern Thailand, Pat’s passion is to share the rich culinary history of the region. With bold, spicy flavors,Pat’s skillfully executed dishes bring family, friends, and restaurant guests back again and again to experience and fall in love with the diverse cuisine of Thailand.

Widely credited with bringing cocktail culture to Loudoun County, Jeremy Ross (“Ross”) provides an undeniably memorable cocktail experience to aficionados and novices alike. After serving in the Navy, Ross shifted his focus to the precision science and artistry of cooking and cocktails, spending time at various DC establishments before Sense of Thai St. in Ashburn.

Featured on Food Network’s Chopped, Ross’s ability to think creatively is easily seen day to day with his focus on themed pop-ups, and a rotating cocktail menu that keeps guests coming back year-round
